Shopping

How to place an order?

Browse the website and look for the option that interests you the most.
Once you have already chosen, say the quantity you want of each item, and click on "buy now".
Your chosen item and quantity will be added to your shopping cart. Once you have all your items, click on the cart and complete the payment instructions.
You will then receive an email with the order confirmation and enjoy!

Is there a minimum purchase?

There is no minimum purchase requirement.

Can I change a confirmed order?

Once the order arrives with the payment, we send the order to the warehouse and it is prepared the same day, with the possibility that the order is also shipped the same day.
By doing so quickly, it is likely that you will not be able to modify the order.
If you have any problem, please contact us in the "contact" section as soon as possible so that we can solve your request.

How do I cancel an order?

You may cancel an order you have placed as long as it has not yet been shipped. Once the order has left our facilities, it is impossible to modify or cancel it.

How does the card payment work?

To pay by credit card, enter your card number, expiration date and the 3-digit security code located on the back of your card.
We will receive your payment in 24/48 hours and prepare your order.

How does payment by wire transfer work?

When you have finished selecting your products, place your order and choose the bank transfer payment method to confirm your order. When the order is confirmed, Empire Seeds Bank's bank details will appear on your screen.
When making the transfer, please write your order number as a reference.
Once we receive the transfer, we will ship the order.

How does PayPal payment work?

Select the option "Pay by PayPal". You will be able to pay in 2 ways: Logging in in your PayPal account or by directly putting your credit or debit card numberyou can choose the one you prefer.

Shipping and Delivery

Can I track my package?

Of course! And it is a must for us. We will send you the tracking number with which you will be able to track your package from departure to final delivery.

When do you ship my order?

Shipments are made from Monday to Friday. Once payment is received, the order will be
will ship within 24 hours.

Is shipping discreet?

You can select if you want a discreet shipment or not, just before confirming the order you can select this option if you wish.

Do you ship to my country?

We advise you to inform yourself about the legislation and regulations currently in force in your country before placing an order with us, as this will be your responsibility.
We work with so many countries that we cannot be informed of the current legal situation in each of them.

We currently ship throughout Europe.

How much does shipping cost?

The cost associated with shipping is 8 €.
If your orders exceed 28 €, shipping is free.
Orders with discreet shipping will be added a cost of 5 €.

When do I receive my order?

Approximately 1 day/48h, depending on your country and area.

What happens if the carrier comes and I am not at the delivery address?

The courier team will leave the order at the delivery address you provide, always with a name or signature of the person who received it.
If the package cannot be delivered that same day, they will try again.
If there are further delivery attempts, the package will be returned to us and we will contact you immediately.

What happens if I don't receive my order?

If you do not receive your order within 7 days, please contact us using the contact form at the bottom of this page.

Do you check packages at customs?

Yes, your package can always be inspected by customs agencies. Therefore, you should be aware of the regulations in your country or region before placing an order with us, to ensure that your package is not held in customs.

We use the information to send you the orders, and to be able to be in contact with you.

Who sees my personal data?

Only us, it is information that will not be passed on to third parties.

Returns

Can I return an order?

If the goods have arrived defective or do not correspond to what you have ordered, you have a maximum of 7 days after receipt to request the return and refund. We will always ask you for a photograph of what you have received.
We will send the transport company to pick up the package.
Once we have it in our facilities, we will confirm that the merchandise has not been manipulated, and if it has arrived defective or erroneous.
If everything is correct, we will proceed to reimburse the full amount of the order within 15 days, as long as this has been notified in advance.
Reimbursements are made by bank transfer or credit card.

How do I report a missing item?
